If you are not satisfied with your local Real Property Management franchise’s performance of management duties as set forth in your management agreement, contact us within the first 60 days of the term of the management agreement, we will make it right to the extent we deem necessary to remedy the issue, or we will waive future management fees and terminate the Management Agreement without penalty.

Tenant Replacement Guarantee₂
We don’t want you to experience the stress of having a tenant walk away—leaving you with an empty property, no rent to pay the mortgage, and the expense of finding a new tenant. So if we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your property in less than six months, we will find you a new qualified tenant for free. This guarantee is included as part of the Gold and Platinum tiers as shown above.
Eviction Protection Plan₃
We understand the challenges that come with evicting a tenant. With the Risk-Free Eviction Guarantee Up To Writ, all legal fees (up to $1,500) are paid by us in a Forcible Entry and Detainer Action up to the point of a written judgment/order from a court of jurisdiction. A similar guarantee is also available post-writ with a minimal monthly cost to give you peace of mind and to help avoid dealing with legal fees involved in a painful eviction.
Rented in 29 Days Guarantee₄
We’re a dedicated partner in your corner and we understand how important quick turnaround time is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your property in 29 days or less, you receive 25% off the leasing service. With our marketing plan and world-class client management system, we’re confident we can lease your property quickly and get the rent coming in. This guarantee is included as part of the Platinum tier as shown above.
Each month, Real Property Management Advantage will make sure your electric and gas accounts are active. Our team will verify (on a quarterly basis) that your water/sewer bills are paid and up to date to help prevent balances from being sent to a tax authority.
City Inspection Program
Real Property Management Advantage will manage and follow up on city-landlord licensing requirements to the extent allowable.
