Do I get to approve maintenance and repairs?
Yes. All of our rental property owners are informed of all maintenance issues when they arise. Although, we only address and resolve repair requests for property owners who are enrolled in our premium property management service program. For premium clients, we generally set up a maintenance reserve of $500. Then, in the event that a maintenance issue occurs and costs less than the reserve amount, we simply resolve the issue and notify you, the owner. For any larger issues, we typically gather multiple bids from our preferred vendor list and contact you for final approval.
