What is your tenant screening process?
All prospective tenants must take part in a thorough 8-step tenant screening process. First, we review nationwide background checks and eviction database screenings to look at criminal backgrounds and the sex offender registry. Next, we evaluate their credit report, verify employment, and review pay stubs and/or tax returns to ensure that they qualify financially. Lastly, we check their rental history by contacting at least two previous landlords for references.
